These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website axlento.com and the educational services offered by Axlento S.R.L. By accessing this site or contracting our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Description of Service
Axlento offers educational programs in trading and investing, including live classes, study materials, simulator practice, and mentoring sessions. Our services are exclusively educational and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or market intermediation.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To enroll in our programs you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information. • Accept that trading carries risks and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and educational programs — including texts, graphics, videos, teaching materials, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Axlento S.R.L. or its licensors, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law No. 11,723). Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Axlento S.R.L. is not responsible for: • Financial losses resulting from investment decisions made by participants. • The accuracy or timeliness of information provided regarding financial markets. • Technical interruptions of the website or practice platforms. Trading and investing carry significant risks, including the potential total loss of invested capital. Axlento's content should not be interpreted as a guarantee of profitability.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices for our programs are published in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and include VAT. Payment is made in advance at the start of each program. Refund policy: you may request a full refund within the first 7 calendar days from the start of the program, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. After this period, no refunds are granted.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to: • Respect instructors, mentors, and fellow students. • Not share or distribute course materials without authorization. • Use simulators and tools exclusively for educational purposes.
7. Termination
Axlento reserves the right to suspend or cancel access for any participant who violates these Terms, without obligation to refund in cases of inappropriate conduct or misuse of materials.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
9. Amendments
Axlento reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
